DAMANGES &/OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order after receiving and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item IMMEDIATELY. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. We will also need proof of the issue sent to 20loveself@gmail.com

SHIPPING

We ship everywhere, yes even internationally (excluding ‘collections’)! We began handling right after your order is placed. This can take up to 24-48 hours. Orders placed before 5pm EST has a shipping time of 1-5 business days via Economy mail USPS (excluding 'Collection’ products). Orders included in the ‘Collections’ placed before 5am EST has a shipping time of 7-10 business days. A tracking number will be available once the order is ready to ship. Due to unexpected events, delays may occur and we appreciate your patience.

PRIVACY

When you visit the site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the site, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. We share your Personal Information (PI) with service providers to help us provide our services and products to fulfill our contracts with you. For example:
1. We use Shopify to power our online store.
2. We may share your PI to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
The site is not intended for individuals under the age of 14. We do not intentionally collect PI from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with PI, please contact us immediately to request deletion. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Returns/Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do accept returns currently. Upon receipt and undamaged/unworn conditions, we can offer an exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
